Another great product from optimum nutrition. This shake might not be as smooth as others but it does have added flaxseed which could cause this. It kept us from feeling hungry for around 2-3 hours and only has just over 200 kacls so it could really aid with weight loss. The strawberry tasted excellent and cost us around £1.19 per serving so its very well priced for the quality of product. The scoop provided is really big and can be tricky getting it all into a normal sized shaker, so be careful when measuring it out! With this said, we would recommend this product.
